Information for Registering New Students
Enrollment Requirements


The following is a list of the items and information you will need to enroll your student at Lead Hill.
  1.  Birth Certificate
  2.  Social Security Card
  3.  Final grades from your previous school
  4.  Proof of Residency
  5.  If you're not the childs parent, you are required to bring legal guardian verification.
  6.  Shot records
  7.  Fill out enrollment forms.

NOTE: If you are transferring to our District and you are not living within the District, acceptance is determined from previous school discipline and attendance reports.
